iPhone Basic Troubleshooting
Here are some tips to resolve a lot of common issues.
- 1. Restart your Device.
- A lot of issues are easily resolved by simply restarting your iPhone or iPod Touch. If you are having problems, try this first.
- 2. Re-download and Re-install the Application.
- If restarting doesn’t help, you may want to try re-downloading the application and installing it again. If you want to remove the application from your device first, just be aware that removing an application will delete application data for good.
Mac Basic Troubleshooting
Here are some tips to resolve a lot of common issues.
- 1. Restart your Computer.
- A lot of issues are easily resolved by simply restarting your Mac. If you are having problems, try this first.
- 2. Re-download and Re-install the Application.
- If restarting doesn’t help, you may want to try re-downloading the application and installing it again.
- 3. Trash the Application Preferences.
- Sometimes the preference file may get corrupted. Trashing the prefences file to the trash usually solves some strange application's behaviours. This file can be found at /Users/YourName/Library/Preferences/com.coccisoftware.xxx where "xxx" is the application name.

- We have recorded over 4000 music dealers all over the world, but unfortunately some shops are still not listed at this time.
- My iPhone doesn't locate me.
- Please ensure that you're GPS receiver is working correctly by checking if you can locate yourself in in Google Maps.
- Some dealer's information is not accurate or missing.
- We will soon provide an online form allowing dealers as as well as MusicBiz users to update the shop's information.
